Binance and crypto deposits are checked automatically. If yours is still pending after the network has confirmed it, send us the deposit reference and the transaction ID.
First check that the card region matches your account country. If it still fails, send us the order number and a screenshot of the error.
If a card cannot be delivered, the order is rejected and the money goes back to your balance automatically. Codes that have been delivered cannot be returned, because they can be used at once.
