My deposit has not arrived

What to check for Binance, crypto and PayPal top-ups before contacting us.

Binance Pay

• Did you send the exact amount, including the extra cents? A different amount cannot be matched automatically.
• Open Profile → Deposits, press Pay / check, and paste your Binance Order ID.
• We check automatically every 2 minutes for 48 hours, so you can close the page.

Crypto

• Blockchain transfers need network confirmations. Some coins take 10–30 minutes.
• If you sent less than requested, the deposit is marked "Partly paid". Contact us to settle it.

PayPal

Some payments are checked by PayPal for a short time. Your deposit stays pending until PayPal releases it, then it is added automatically.

If nothing arrives after these checks, contact support with the deposit reference (it starts with DEP-).
