Mobile Legends: how to find your User ID and Zone ID

You need both numbers to receive diamonds. Here is where to find them.

To top up Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, you need two numbers: your User ID and your Zone ID. If one of them is wrong, the diamonds go to the wrong account or the top-up fails.

1. Open Mobile Legends.
2. Tap your avatar at the top left.
3. Your User ID is shown on your profile. The Zone ID is the number in brackets next to it, for example 123456789 (1234).

Redeeming your diamond code

Go to the official Mobile Legends redemption page, enter the User ID, the Zone ID and the code, then confirm. The diamonds usually appear within a few minutes.

Sending diamonds to a friend? Ask for their User ID and Zone ID. You never need their password.

• Diamonds not arrived? Restart the game and check your mail in the game.
• Still missing after 30 minutes? Send us your order number and both IDs.
