Didn't get the 6-digit verification code?

Where to look for the JR email code and how to ask for a new one.

JR sends a 6-digit code to confirm your email when you sign up or reset your password.

  1. Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
  2. Search your inbox for 'JR'.
  3. Wait a minute, then use Resend code.
  4. Check that you typed your email address correctly.

Codes expire after a short time. Always use the newest code you received.
