PayPal deposit pending: why and how long

Why a PayPal deposit can wait for review, and when the money appears in your JR balance.

Most PayPal deposits are added to your JR balance after PayPal confirms the payment. Sometimes a deposit waits for a short review first.

Why a deposit can wait

It is your first PayPal deposit on JR.
PayPal has not finished confirming the payment.
The payment is unusually large for a new account.

What you can do

Check your PayPal account: is the payment completed or pending?
Open Account, Deposits on JR to see the status.
If it still waits after a few hours, contact support with your deposit reference (DEP-…).

Do not pay twice for the same deposit. If you are not sure, ask support first.
