How long does it take to get my code?

What 'pending' and 'delivered' mean, and where your code appears.

After checkout, your order is marked as pending. Our team prepares the code, then the order changes to delivered and the code appears in your account under Purchases.

What affects the time

• The brand and region you ordered.
• The quantity in the order.
• Supplier availability at that moment.

Where to look

1. Open your account.
2. Go to Purchases.
3. Open the order to see the code once it is delivered.

You also get a notification when the order is delivered. If an order stays pending for a long time, contact support with the order number.
