Crypto deposits: networks, fees and amounts

Why the amount you send matters, how network fees work, and how to avoid a short payment.

When you pay with crypto, the network (for example TRON or BNB Smart Chain) charges a fee to process the transfer. The fee is paid by the sender.

Send the full amount

The invoice shows the exact amount to pay. If your wallet takes the fee from that amount, less arrives and the deposit can be marked as partly paid. Add the fee on top so the full amount arrives.

Use the right network

If you sent less than the invoice, contact support with your deposit reference. Do not send a second payment without asking.
