JR (jrkeys.com) is an online store for digital gift cards and game top-ups. For any question about your data, write to jrkeys@jrkeys.com.
Account: your name, email address and password. The password is stored as a secure hash and nobody, including our team, can read it. Optional contact details: a WhatsApp number or Telegram username, only if you add them. Orders and deposits: what you buy, amounts, the payment method, payment references, and the codes delivered to you (codes are stored encrypted). Technical data: your IP address and basic request data in server logs, used for security and to prevent fraud.
To run your account and balance, deliver your codes, process deposits, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and send emails about your account and orders (verification codes, order and deposit updates). We do not sell your personal data.
Deposits are handled by the payment provider you choose, such as PayPal, Binance Pay or NOWPayments. We never see or store card numbers. The provider's own privacy policy applies to the data you give them.
If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us. We use them only to create and run your account.
Necessary: a login cookie that keeps you signed in, and browser storage for your cart and your cookie choice. These are needed for the store to work. Advertising measurement: we use Google Tag Manager and Google Ads to measure purchases that come from our ads. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland get these cookies only after pressing Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Only the providers we need to run the store: our hosting provider, our email delivery service, the payment provider you choose, and Google for sign-in and ad measurement (if allowed). We also share data when the law requires it.
Account data is kept while your account is open. Order and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting, legal duties and fraud prevention. Server logs are kept for a short time and then deleted.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and you can refuse advertising cookies. Write to jrkeys@jrkeys.com from the email address of your account. If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
The site uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, delivered codes are encrypted, and access to customer data is limited to the team members who need it.
The store is not meant for children under 16.
