US, Canada, UK, EU, Saudi Arabia or UAE: the card region must match the region of your account on that platform.
Most gift cards only work in the country or region they were made for. A US Steam card will not redeem on a UK Steam account.
Look at the currency your account shows in the store of that platform (Steam, PlayStation Store, App Store…). If it shows US dollars, choose US; Canadian dollars, CA; pounds, UK; euros, EU; riyals, SA; dirhams, AE.
